Find out how each patient wants to be confirmed. You are "pre-confirming" patients when you ask them how and where they prefer to be reached.

Reward Success

Structure your compensation system to create an incentive for all staff members to maintain a full schedule. All must work together to fill openings. With appropriate structure, they will.

Offer hygiene appointments to every caller!

Remember to offer the next available appointment to fill and maintain a solid schedule.

Stagger your schedule a bit so you're not entirely dependent on one patient at all times. Add a treatment room; add an assistant; be prepared to be flexible.
